 PROP Greg Robbins is an IATSE Local 52 armorer. If you need to rent a prop gun, you will need to fill out a rental agreement, give a copy of a valid New York driver’s license, pay for the rental, and pay a deposit, which you will get back when the prop is returned in the same condition as it was rented.

When renting prop guns from our inventory, it is crucial to adhere to the following professional and safety protocols to ensure a smooth rental experience:
Rental Requirements

1. Rental Agreement: Complete and sign a rental agreement form.
2. Identification: Provide a copy of a valid New York driver’s license.
3. Payment: Pay the rental fee upfront.
4. Deposit: A deposit is required, which will be refunded upon the safe and timely return of the prop gun in its original condition..

Safety Protocols

• Handling: Always handle prop guns as if they are real firearms.
• Training: All personnel who handle the props get trained in operation and safety.
• Inspection: Perform an inspection of the prop before and after use of the prop.
• Storage: Store props securely when not in use to prevent unauthorized access or misuse.

• Safety Meeting: Conduct a crew/cast safety meeting before each scene, don't allow anyone to touch the prop if they want to inspect it. KEEP A CLEAN CHAIN OF CUSTODY!
